Thorough with claims, keeps you updated and informed, repairs come with a lifetime warranty.Repairs are reasonably fast. Monthly payment options, can log on to personal account to check insurance policy details, member competitions. Always the one of the lowest costing insurance with great service. Im a very happy customer
