Doesn't reward longterm customers

We have been with AAMI for many many years (a decade) and have made 1 claim with an A class driving history. Each year our premiums continue to rise and despite requesting a reward for long term, good driving history customers we were told these don't factor enough to warrant a discount. We will not be renewing our insurance and will seek competitive insurance.
