aami claim disaster
When aami processed my new car claim they got my old car mixed up with the claim.
It took over a dosen phone calls for them to realize their mistake and fix their mistake.
I had to follow the claim through at each stage, explain everything again to another person and wait for it to be changed.
Still at the inspection center the inspector was convinced he inspected a 10 year old car, rather than a 6 month old car.
I had to go through the actual garage, and get them to tell the inspection center they had the wrong paperwork.
I was angry I had to explain to so many people, at every stage. That no one was able to take charge and correct the claim throughout their oan system. It was always another department responsibility i was in a game of 'phone tennis' for weeks.
