Renewal not so good
Was taken care of when I initially signed up. Renewal letter came through the other day, agreed value on my vehicle had dropped by 30% whilst my premium went up by 10%. Called to try to get an explanation or see if they could do any better but that went nowhere fairly quickly... guessing they're not interested in taking my business
