AAMI - Unsure

I've been with AAMI for the past 10+ years. I've only ever made 2 claims, both being not at fault. When renewing my policy I always am having to pay an extra amount more than the previous year, which is understandable due to all kinds of issues with the economy, etc.
I live in a unit, which has 2 units on the lot. Just for curiosity I placed in my neighbour's house number and had about a $300 price difference($300 less than what my renewal is, add $100 for the online discount). When I called to enquire of this, the woman on the phone was very abrupt and blunt telling me that I completed the online quote wrong, when i was only enquiring as to why I have to pay more for living in the front unit, with a garage hidden around the back. Was very disgruntled but for the value for money AAMI was offering, they have you by the "gentleman's parts". Hopefully people reading this, they do go review other insurance companies before AAMI, as their customer service is next to nothing.
