I never had to make a claim with AAMI however every time I did have to call them to discuss things, get quoted, renew my insurance or cancel my insurance I never had any issues. Each time I called them someone did actually answer my call. An actual person. They were very kind from all memory and were happy just to answer my silly questions. When I did cancel my insurance when I sold the vehicle it was simple to do and although the refund cheque took several weeks I did come as promised.
