Choice of repairer not always accepted

Customer service is great with polite and friendly staff. However they did not allow my choice of repairer unless they were the cheapest. I was not at fault and still had to take my car to two crash repairers for quotes, one of theirs and one up to me. Out of these two, they will pick the cheapest option.
