Review for coles insurance car insurance by Anonymous User
I've had comprehensive car insurance with Coles for over 2 years. I shopped around and they were the cheapest by far. When I had an accident in Nov 2012, I phoned them same day and they sent me a list of repairers to choose from. We had a baby seat in the car and they advised me to buy a new baby seat and send the receipt invoice. The full amount was deposited into my bank account. The claim process was straight forward. The overall repair bill was around $12,000 and it was paid by Coles directly to the repairer. The only fail in not scoring a 10 was that some of their customer service guys were not fully trained.
