Poor communication. No support
I have been with Coles car insurance for eight years. Several months ago, I forgot to pay my insurance premium because of a family issue. As a result, Coles sent me a cancellation email, but I did not notice it because it went to my junk mail. Despite my eight years of loyalty, Coles did not send me at least a text message to advise me of the cancellation of my insurance. So I drive without knowing that I am without insurance. Recently I had a minor accident when I called Coles for claim, at that time I noticed I do not have an insurance. As a result, I called them several times explaining my situation. I told them that I would pay all the premiums from the cancelation tome and up to now, but I only needed their support for this issue, however they refused any help.
Due to Coles' ineffective communication and lack of support, I will have to pay a large amount out of pocket for my recent car accident. I advise you not to take any insurance with Coles.
