Terrible! Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
A man who unfortunately was covered by Coles Insurance rear ended my car while I was waiting at the lights with my 1 year old baby in the back. Not one of the five people I spoke to at Coles Insurace, including the assessor, asked if myself or my baby were okay. Then, the assessor gave me the wrong information with regards to my car being written off where I was nearly out $400 from the company who collected my car as Coles were supposed to collect the money for the wreck and pay me all at once, apparently I had to collect the money, thankfully the wrecking company had the integrity to give me the money owed. All this, plus they severely underpaid me for my car, meaning I couldn't replace it until I saved for six months so was without a car for this time. I assume they do this to all of their clients, hence why they can do cheap 'little red quotes'. Steer clear!
