No car, no money for up to 18 days and no quote to make decisions from
Do not call back, do not tell you what is going on, passed on to various depts that can't help when you ring, will contact tow and auction company to tell them to pick up your car and the first you will hear about it is receiving a call from the towing company early one morning, don't tell you that it will take 10-14 business days after they receive your documentation to tell you results of your claim, that is whilst they have your economic write off car that although running fine is no longer in your possession so you can't use it, continue to take insurance and roadside assistance payments although advised by third company that coles had cancelled my insurance and if I was driving it I was driving uninsured. Thanks Coles insurance. Still haven't received a figure for my payout yet, no car, still paying insurance for it, accident 9/7/15 so well over a month before this matter might be dealt with, not holding my breath. I might get $1000 back but pay $50+ per month at what their online quote said was for $8000 car but assessor said only $2500+. Despair
