REPLACEMENT VEHICLE

I am a tradesman and require a van in case of being without my own vehicle and so took the hire vehicle cover. After being rear ended through no fault of my own, after 8 days I still could not get my vehicle inspected by the Coles chosen panel beater, then Coles advised they would give me $50 per day for the replacement vehicle - good luck hiring a van for $50 per day - took days to get return calls so cancelled on the spot & went back to RACV who assisted me even though they were not my insurers when the accident occurred. I will NEVER insure with Coles again
