Average wait time on hold was 40 mins. Dont be fooled by leaving a message cause i left 3 at different days and never got a callback. Tried to charge me more for excess etc. Then took out too much off my claim and i had to email about 6 times for them to refund then got no email or letter back. Worst insurance ever.
Cheap for a reason. .cause they are c**p...
