Terrible customer service
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at NRMA. My car was in an accident around 9pm last week and I wanted to notify them immediately and ask for advice on the documents and information I need for a claim to avoid complications later. Their website says the helpline is 24/7 but I have been on hold for almost an hour and there was no answer and had to give up. Managed to reach them the following day to check if I had everything in place before submitting my claims.
