NRMA Car Insurance is a scam

They insanely think taking months to fix a car is reasonable. They actually expect people to pay insurance to sit in a queue not getting their car fixed. They ring on private numbers and dont verify their identity but expect you to verify yours. They then leak your private details to foreigners outside of the organisation and sign agreements saying you will provide your credit card details to other foreigners without even checking with you first. When you complain they go quiet and dont respond at all. At one stage they wanted me to contact them on facebook because they dont have email access. Dealing with them is like appearing in an episode of Fawlty Towers except they are the foreigners. Avoid NRMA car insurance, it is a scam from start to finish.
