Loyalty discounts and attractive offers

I have been with NMRA for 12 years now, but fortunately, have not had to make a claim yet. But the good part about them is when my policy is up for renewal they have contacted me and offered me loyalty discounts and attractive offers, so much so that I have never had to look for any other insurer.
