Disappointed with phone waiting times
I was in a minor accident early morning just after midnight. I had earlier noted that NMRA website says they are open, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But the phone just kept ringing. Finally someone picked up the phone at 7 am and my call was attended. My point is – why do they say 24 hours if there is no night support? Although my call experience was fine, I am very disappointed by the timing part.
