Poor claims service
I recently got hit by a guy insured by NRMA insurance. He was kind and contacted NRMA to inform them of the accident to get a reference number. But the moment you contact the claims department, you start to feel the stress and discontentment in the tone of their staff. They pressume you are trying to make a false claim and question you for everything.
