So Far, So good.
"I'll just get the cheapest insurance I can find" - this was my mindset early on when choosing an insurance policy for my 2005 Subaru Liberty. fortunately, as I got older, I found that cheap and cheerful just doesn't cut the mustard when your on the road as much as I am, being in sales.
Don't get me wrong, I think for the dollar I'm paying, I'm getting a good run (helped by running multiple policies with them), but my current car insurance policy with NRMA gives me some faith in knowing that I'll be ok if and when something bad goes wrong. (lets hope I never have too!)
I haven't yet had the displeasure of having to put through a claim, but from my discussions over the phone (adjusting my policy, updating info and so on) I have been overall very impressed with the service I have received.
I hope I never have to worry about putting a claim through, but from what I've seen so far, I think the process wont be too painful!
