NRMA 20YR LONG LOYAL CUSTOMER GETS RIPPED OFF BY NRMA & LADY WITH NO INSURANCE WHO WAS AT FAULT -
NRMA TRIED TO PUT A CLAIM ON ME WHEN I WAS HIT BY A LADY WHO WAS NOT INSURED. THE POLICE SAID SHE WAS AT FAULT, THE NRMA INSURANCE ASSESSOR SAID SHE WAS AT FAULT, AND THE SMASH REPAIRER. BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT INSURED THEY TRIED TO BLAME ME AND PUT IT ON MY CLAIM (TELLING ME THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THE EXCESS - NEVER MIND THE INCREASED POLICY THE NEXT YEAR) - I HAVE NOT HAD AN ACCIDENT IN 22 YRS AND BEEN A LOYAL NRMA CUSTOMER FOR ALL THAT TIME. I HAD TO FIGHT THEM ALL THE WAY AND EVENTUALLY I WAS PROVEN RIGHT. I SHOPPED AROUND WHEN MY POLICY NEXT CAME AND WENT WITH ALLIANZ WHO ARE AND THIS YEAR REMAIN OVER $200 CHEAPER EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER INSURANCE WITH THEM. NRMA SHOW NO LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SHOWN THEM LOYALTY FOR 22YEARS. DISGRACEFUL!!!
