NRMA - Perhaps not as trustworthy as they may seem.

Beyond the affluent and friendly façade of the NRMA claims team is something more sinister and deeply deranged. It is but a system in which suckles your money and leaves you helpless when you are in need most of support.
I - a provisional driver - have had one accident. Due to myself being under 21, I had a higher excess. This to my concern is reasonable.
With that said, post accident, at a time at which i did not concent nor was given any information about my excess doubled to greater than 2k.
This is sick and disgusting.
