Not loyal anymore

We have been a loyal customer for 48 years but it means nothing to NRMA even though they give you a discount for having multiple insurances they are still more expensive than their competitors. Thanks to Compare Insurance in the last 2 weeks we have cancelled 2 insurances with NRMA and gone to cheaper insurers. On our 2nd car we saved over$100. From now on we will never pay any insurance until we contact Compare Insurance first. I think NRMA should wake up and listen to their customers before it is too late there are a lot of new insurance companies opening up and they are very competitive as we found out
