Wondeful customer service, but hopefully I don't get into a crash

Each time I call up I am glad to speak with such professionals. However, my car recently stopped working and I had to get a cheap run-around; and on top of that I recently moved house to a different suburb. Both of these changes on my policy were going to cost an extra $200, but unfortunately because of the expenses I had already incurred I couldn't afford this. I had to raise my excess to $2,000 just to break-even. Fingers crossed I don't get into an accident!
