Speedy claim settlement

When my car was damaged in a serious accident, I wasn't at fault, Real insurance approved my claim within 10 days of filing and decided that it was a write off. I was quite surprised and impressed with the speed at which they settled the claim, given that they are a lot cheaper than their competitors.
