They've lost me. Need to lift their game

I will be looking for a new insurer when my current insurance expires. This is the result of claim I made last month with Real Insurance. It took the assessor 3 weeks to assess the condition of my car, even though after confirming with the office that it will take a week. I ended up calling them everyday after the first week. They really need to improve on their service, but I guess you get what you pay for.
