Customer service is really bad. Still waiting
I found that contacting Real Insurance to follow-up my claim a real obstacle, I would imaging that getting getting a settlement from my claim would be a near impossible feat. Each time I called them, I will be placed on hold for 30 mins, and each time they would just say that my case is still under consideration. The customer service is really bad, and as of writing, I have been waiting for their decision for almost 2 months and counting.
