What an ordeal. I'm exhausted and want this over.
My car was hit head on by a Real Insurance customer who was at fault. The assessor decided to write off my car, which was a relief as it would have been too expensive to fix it. However, it has been 3-4 months since I have lodged my claim and we still have not been paid up. It' was just really tiring having to call them up to check on our claims so we decided to sue their customer for the amount owing. However, this involves additional legal costs but we are just glad this ordeal is over.
