Unethical and incompetent company
My car was wrecked in an accident. It was the other driver's fault and was charged by the police. I made a claim on my comprehensive cover but it was refused based on a non-disclosure clause. I had to hire a lawyer to collect all the relevant evidence to appeal my case, after a long 4 months battle, I finally got a call from their Claims manager informing that the decision was reversed and they will pay my claim, but asked for proper written documentation of their decision, I was just transferred to someone else. During that time, I had to endure not having my car to get to work, and had to take time off to work on my appeal. This is one really unethical and incompetent company.
