It should have been straightforward, but no.

Met with an accident recently where I was not at fault. My car was hit by a truck and the other driver admitted to be at fault. It should have been a straight forward case but not with Real. They are just slow in everything, from answering calls, to processing claims. They would not commit to anything, and the car was just sitting in the garage for weeks before it was sent for repairs. I will not use them again. They are all happy and kind when you pay them, but when it is time for them to do their part, they try their best to make a bad situation even worse.
