I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.

Hello guys, this is one of the worst insurance ever existed. They are so disorganised, lied to people stating that things are moving fast, then u talk to another representative you learned that things have never been done everything is as fresh as the start. They will never support you in anything , whether help you out or advice. I got everything on record and they have been reported to IFBA. Guys they are cheap but a real headache when you need to make a claim. As someone mentioned before they never know anything, they keep saying “ oh we don’t deal with this the other department do, same thing from the other department. To top it off their internal investigation is as bad as their service.
Will never ever go or recommend this Insurance to anyone, extremely disappointed and appalling customer care.
