Worst car insurance in Australia

Virgin Money is the worst car insurance you ca find in Australia. A simple repair will take over six weeks at best. When you call them seeking assistance they hide behind the company policies and says it is within their timeframe. Although they market as Virgin Money they have outsourced the claims process to a mob called Auto General who are just a cheap unprofessional mob handling claims for number of cheap insurance companies such as Budget Direct. Pretty much the response I got was this is our policy su suck it up! Won’t recommend to my worst enemy!
