Unethical!!

I cancelled a travel insurance policy due to the pandemic on the 16th March. I received a reply a month later saying they had changed their policy on the 27th March and as I was in a queue I came under their new cancellation policy which was to deduct a 25% cancellation fee. Unethical!!!
