Called the to make a claim only to be told it's not covered even though I have accidental damage insurance lost my phone it doesn't matter it's not covered i cancelled my policy as I was fuming then found the phone on the road smashed called them back an hour later to be told it's not covered because the policy was cancelled even though it's paid up until 24th June. Other insurance companies cover u even if your insurance has run out and you make a back claim
Coles insurance aren't worth the paper it's written on
Don't use Coles you will be dissappointed
Possibly the ombudsman would like to hear about their policies
