Appalling customer service.
I made a water damage claim 5 months ago. they sent an assessor. The guy said it was straightforward and likely to go ahead. Then nothing for months. I emailed the case worker 3 times. No response. Finally I got them on the phone today, 4 months later. They told me that the claim had been denied but they didn't have a report to advise me why. So four months on I find out it was denied because I chased them. What a joke. I cannot cancel this policy fast enough.
