Extremely politce and patient customer service

My parents’ home was recently broken into and expensive electronics were taken. They were completely shaken up and called the police and Comminsure to report this incident. The customer service person was extremely polite and patient when taking details, and made my parents calm down. I really appreciate their level of service, and the claims was processed within weeks.
