After speaking with the team at Comminsure regarding an assessor to come to our home and decide whether we qualify to make a claim under an "urgent" classification, we find out they do not assess on weekends, after we were told otherwise by a supervisor. Conflicting information, no help when we required it. Quote from Josh the weekend supervisor "Sorry I can't help you", when all I had asked for is the assessment be made as they stated the day prior. We now have to wait till Monday to find out if they will assist us any further in making a claim!!
The initial communication with Comminsure made us feel confident we would be looked after promptly, though a day later this is not the case and we have no reassurance that Comminsure wish to help us with our claim.
I would think twice before getting insurance with this unprofessional and unstructured business. The supervisor, Josh even said to me he was starting to take on my feedback personnally and getting annoyed at me!! Lookout customers.....
