Single-point of contact made the claims process excellent!
I had a terrible time with Qantas leaving me and my partner stranded overseas after a cancelled flight. We had to make our own way to Europe, from Singapore, last minute. When we came home we submitted an Alternative Transport claim online, and dealt with a wonderful claims consultant Libby who made the whole process simple and easy (even when Qantas was making it hard). We had a single point of contact over the whole process, which made the communications consistently clear. Thanks Libby and 1Cover!
