Does not come through when matters most.
A full week of delayed baggage, and 1Cover expects me to spend half my holiday finding receipts for items lost.
Can anyone tell me?
"Do YOU personally keep a receipt for clothes and underwear you bought 1 year or 2 years ago that you didn't expect to lose during travel?"
+ The signup and purchase as so smooth,
+ BUT When it matters most during claiming and when it goes pearshaped, 1Cover doesn't come through.
I've been using 1Cover in all my past travels and have never claimed, only just this one
It is safe to say,
I will stop recommending 1Cover
and will stop using 1Cover, such a shame.
