Disappointing is an understatement
We took out a comprehensive policy for a long overdue holiday. After taking out the policy, medical issues arose, and the doctors advised we should change our travel dates. We put in a claim to get at least part of the expense of changing dates back through the insurance but they will not pay. They have questioned our integrity and basically made me feel like i have somehow made up the whole situation just to get money from them. I feel utterly despondent. This is the first holiday my husband and I will have had alone in more than 21 years. I was so looking forward to it. The attitude and behaviour of this company are unacceptable. I feel like i have been discriminated against and treated like i simply do not matter. Although we will still manage to take the holiday, the extra costs for the change of dates is adding up to almost what the whole holiday cost in the first place. Puts a real dampener on the excitement. I do not and will not ever recommend this company to anyone for insurance purposes.
