Beware hell of a experience

Please beware of this company I had previously heard negative feedback from other prior to using this campany but ignored it and out come was not good for me… I had got unwell while in Thailand dealing with this insurance was an absolute night mare got hand balled over from person to person had to chase them around my accommodation was finishing in 2 days I had to pay and find else where in my poor state they could not care less! In regards to my flights they went ahead with out my permission changed my flights to a date that suited them no confirmation with me. In all was a hell of an experience dealing with this company I would strongly stay away from them.
