Great value but claims procedure could be streamlined
1Cover's price for a short Australian holiday was great value. Unfortunately, this was the first time I had to make a claim, after many trips. The initial claim lodgement was easy, but there were at least two requests made for extra information (a credit card statement and banking details) that could have been covered initially with a clearer checklist of documents required. Each time, i received an email that my information had been received, but it could be another 10 days before my claim got to the top of the pile again. 1Cover didn't dispute the claim, but I felt the procedure could have been streamlined. Even so, I'd use them again.
