Excellent value & service

I didn’t think I could claim much back from our recent cruise - we missed 2 ports due weather hence missing a booked tour at one port
I thought I would just put in a claim but wasn’t very confident due to our $200 excess
My claim payment exceeded my expectations !!
So happy I have stayed with 1cover for all my travel insurance
