Prompt Response & Settlement of Claim

I have used 1Cover for a number of years for overseas holidays (UK & Europe). Their website is easy to 'navigate' and have always beenprompt and reliable to deal with eg A credit note (as the result of a canceled trip to UK in late 2020 - due to covid) was honored although it had technically expired by 2 month (2023).
A recent claim (May 2024) regarding an unfortunate cracked windscreen (UK hire car) was promptly settled.
