A harrowing experience
Dealing with the staff of Downunder insurance has been a harrowing experience. Till the time I bought the policy, they regularly followed up and the documentation process was very smooth. But now that I have sent a claim, nobody seems to be available. Their phones lines are always busy and even after sending a written complaint, no action has been taken.
