HORRIBLE Experience
I submitted a claim in Dec2022 which was meant to be straight forward and I was promised that my claim would be resolved in 10 business days. The claim was eventually resolved in May2023 and only after my persevering attempts!!! It is very sad to put a customer who is genuine through this process, especially when we are dealing with sudden unexpected health matter (which they are aware of) which brought about the reason for the claim.
My very stressful experience was filled with lack of sincerity, lack of responsibility, lack of proactiveness, and overall poor customer service with no attempt to address nor resolve the concerns I raised and the delays I was experiencing. No responses to emails and in rare instances I received responses weeks later, I called up numerous times only to be told every time that the case managers and supervisors are not available to talk with no call back provided. I escalated my concerns to the complaints department and never heard back!
I took travel insurance so that I can be supported if required and this experience has left me more affected than supported! HORRIBLE, and this company should be penalised for what they put people through.
