Did not pay on claim
Submitted claim for damaged suitcases while on trip to USA. After 3 months of emails claim was rejected. Contacted Ombudsman. Them Insureandgo settled claim. They are happy to take your money but not happy to pay out on a legitimate claim.

I would say that due to the amount of claims that insureandgo is receiving from the world Coronavirus Pandemic, their hands are so slippery that the ball keeps dropping.
After the pandemic is over, the only thing that will be dropping will be their policy sales.
I'm also in the same situation as you.
My policy premium was $1,475
Would you like to join a refund class action against Insureandgo?
They can't get away with keeping our money for a policy we can't use.
