Insurance rip off
Holiday was canceled for my family of 8, I put policy on hold for six months, but when my daughter called to put hers on hold as it was after the 18th March she was informed that policy was canceled and non refundable or able to be put on hold as there was a travel ban. Yes I was angry on the phone but the attitude of the man on the other end of the phone was unbelievable not willing to help other than say email complaints, no supervisor or manager is available to discuss and gave me warnings for interrupting him before he then hung up on me. All we wanted was a hold to be put on the policy until we see when this current situation is resolved and everyone can again book holidays. Statements like we are under no obligation to help in this situation, read the small print in out policy PDF. Your company should be ashamed of itself taking advantage of a world wide issues in these extraordinary times and very short sighted of you.
