Avoid!!!!! Scam!!!!
Horrible company, steals hard working Australians money, refuses to help during a crisis, refuses to give a refund for a cancelled trip, refuses to have the policy cancelled even before the holiday start date, I hope the government and fairwork takes them to court. A disgrace of a company, everyone associated with this brand should be ashamed.

“Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a refund if your policy is outside of the 14-day cooling-off period with no exceptions. We cannot hold your policy as a credit or defer it to another trip, there are no exceptions.”
So don’t waste your time trying to e-mail complaints, they don’t care and won’t help, no exceptions, oh we’re keeping your money and not offering a service, no exceptions, oh no you can’t defer it to a later date when we can offer you a service, no exceptions, what a disgraceful company.

My policy premium was $1,475
