  • I have already e-mailed complaints and this was their copy and paste reply...

    “Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a refund if your policy is outside of the 14-day cooling-off period with no exceptions. We cannot hold your policy as a credit or defer it to another trip, there are no exceptions.”


    So don’t waste your time trying to e-mail complaints, they don’t care and won’t help, no exceptions, oh we’re keeping your money and not offering a service, no exceptions, oh no you can’t defer it to a later date when we can offer you a service, no exceptions, what a disgraceful company.

  • I have complained to the ombudsman and I urge everyone else to do the same. They don’t care and won’t listen unless it comes from a higher authority to call them out on their appalling behavior in this time of crisis and need.

    They can't get away with keeping our money for a policy we can't use.
