Shame on you!
Insure and Go have refused to refund our travel insurance or provide us with a voucher for future use because we tried cancelling the policy after the 14 day cooling off period. We cancelled due to the ban on international flights because of corona virus. Shame on them! Will never use them again!

“Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a refund if your policy is outside of the 14-day cooling-off period with no exceptions. We cannot hold your policy as a credit or defer it to another trip, there are no exceptions.”
Complain to the ombudsman if you want to see any action against this company.

My policy premium was $1,475

They can't get away with keeping our money for a policy we can't use.
