Very poor treatment of customers in terrible times.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis our trip had to be postponed due to Government Travel Bans. Our accommodation and airline flights had been held on credit for booking at a later date by our travel agent, all good. I contacted your company in order to transfer the insurance for our trip to to a possible later date, that request was refused and our money has been forfeited. The irony is that if we had not taken our travel insurance with your company we would not have lost any money whatsoever. I would not recommend and will not use your company in future. Very poor response, I hope you use our money well.

My policy premium was $1,475
Would you like to join a refund class action against Insureandgo?
They can't get away with keeping our money for a policy we can't use.
